Order Processing


All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  You will receive tracking information.

Custom orders will receive a digital proof of the design within 2 to 3 business days. The proof must be approved before production will begin.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

B2 Creative Originals ships from the Big Island of Hawaii. Currently we are only shipping to the US.

We offer Priority Mail flat rate shipping as follows:

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within 20 miles of Hilo, Hawaii.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. We will, of course, replace any damaged

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
