This custom mermaid notebook / planner can be used as a writing journal, sketchbook, photo album, wedding album, guest book, wish book, diary, planner, keepsake book, adventure journal or honeymoon book.

Each notebook cover is made from hand sanded Birch with a living hinge and lined with stunning hand made marbled momi paper.

A living hinge is a thin flexible hinge made from the same wood as the two rigid pieces it connects. After being sanded super smooth, it is hand painted and assembled with a 6 ring refillable binder. Three + coats of clear coat finish protects the wood for maximum life.

Each custom notebook is made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the order to be prepared and shipped. If you are customizing the order, a digital proof will be sent for your approval within 2 to 3 business days. Please keep an eye out for the message since we need approval of the design to begin production.

Will my order be exactly like the photo?

Well . . . . we try. Every board of wood is unique. Some are lighter, some are a little darker. Some seem to soak up color more than others. And, since each item is hand painted / stained, there may be differences from the listing photos. We do not mass produce these items and, as a result, each piece is unique.

Wood is a natural material. Variation in grain, texture and color are bound to occur. These photos are representative only and may not exactly match what you will see in real life
